Serian Serengeti North Mobile Camp is located in the extreme north of the Serengeti in northern Tanzania. A truly wonderful small tented camp, offering probably the most authentic safari experience in the area. A stylish traditional tented bush camp (6 Tents). Serian's Serengeti can be reserved on exclusive basis.

Serian Serengeti North Mobile Camp is a satellite of the excellent Serian Camp over the border in Kenya, both of which are owned and operated by Alex Walker. The camp is operational only for June to October, whilst the migration is in the area.

For the converse season it relocates to its southerly position as Serian Makao Camp. Located in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area on the edge of the short grass plains. Easy Access to Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro Crater 2hrs game drive only.

North of the Mara River lies the Lamai Wedge, rolling savannah contrasts with rock-strewn hillsides and giant fig-tree groves. Serian's Serengeti North lies in a hidden valley of the Wogakuria. Where the swaying seas of grass are open to the lake basin skies, framed in the north by a range of distinctive inselbergs.

The migration - Lion, Cheetah Leopard and nomadic mega herds - passes through from June to November. With immense panoramic river crossings, you witness crocodiles gorging themselves.

Walk with Warriors of the Masai, Hunt with Hadzabe Bushmen, learn from their long-established wildlife experience in the bush.

Serian Serengeti North Mobile Camp Accommodation

The eight tents include two family tents which can accommodate up to five people. The Meru tents have been decorated in a classic safari style with large beds and en-suite facilities with hot and cold water and 240v electricity is also available in the tents.

With a high staff to guest ratio, you will be well looked after. Early morning tea is served in bed and your safari guide will also organize picnic breakfasts, lunches and starlit dinners.
