Cedar Cottage Lake Naivasha Holiday Home is located inside the Great Rift Valley Lodge, only an hour and a half’s drive or a 30-minute flight from Nairobi.
The cottage is located 24 kilometers from Naivasha town and 12 kilometers off the Nairobi-Nakuru highway. Cedar cottage Lake Naivasha holiday home is self-catering and comes with bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, toilet paper and soap.
There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs,1 double and 1 single bedroom downstairs and 4 washrooms. The bedrooms can accommodate upto 8 guests.
The rooms are air conditioned and have satellite TVs, safety deposit boxes as well as well furnished balconies with sofa sets and reclining chairs providing a perfect place for you to unwind in a relaxed manner.
The kitchen is fully furnished with cooker, fridge, and toaster. TV with DSTV is available as is a barbeque unit.
There is a housekeeper who works to ensure the home is in spick and span order and attends to daily laundry and valet services. There are conference facilities that can hold up to 60 guests and gym in the resort.
Guests can enjoy complementary swimming at the Great Rift Valley Lodge and other activities such as golf, biking, lawn tennis and horse riding at a fee.
As the Chalet offers self-catering facilities you have the option of dining at the Great Rift Valley Lodge in Naivasha and you are advised to bring your own lamps/ torches in the event of power outages.

* Each Chalet has a maid/ stewards appointed who will make the beds and clean the floors. This service takes approximately one hour per day. Any other cleaning services must be arranged direct with the Lodge Management. A fee of 300 Kenya Shillings per hour will be levied
