Loyk Tsavo Camp lies on the banks of the Athi in Tsavo East and is located only 8 kilometers from Tsavo Gate and 9 kilometers from Manyani.
The camp is 290 kilometers from Nairobi and 233 kilometers from Mombasa.
The camp has 20 tents erected on a stone and concrete base and is sheltered under a roof of bamboo and thatch supported by wooden poles.
The tents have architectural hints of traditional homesteads with interior design borrowed from the coast regionand spacious verandas overlooking the Athi River.
Each tent features a 4 poster bed, mosquito net, work desk and clothes rack. The bathrooms are en-suite with hot running water.
The restaurant has a cool dining area which is pleasantly decorated with woven wall hangings depicting animals and African motifs.
Guests here will be served Kenyan cuisine and international cuisine. Guests can also enjoy al-fresco meals beside the river under the cool, breezy shade of the trees.
The well stocked bar serves a variety of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails.
