Loyk Mara Camp

Loyk Mara Camp is a luxury family-friendly camp located in Olare Orok conservancy on the bank of river Nstiakitiak. The camp is at the border of Olare Motorogi Conservancy and Masai Mara National Reserve. 

Settled down in the middle of the African bush, Loyk Mara Luxury Camp will give you a sensation of privacy and rest, granting a vivifying cool under the shade of sprawling crones of undersized trees on a hot day.

 Loyk Mara Camp can be reached either by road or by air. The distance from Nairobi to the camp is 280 km. It usually takes around 5-6 hours by road while flying time takes approximately 45 minutes. Scheduled flights land at Ol Kiombo which is the airstrip mostly used by the camp and only 30 minutes drive with game drives.

Loyk Mara Camp has 10 fabulously luxurious en-suite rooms designed to accommodate business and leisure travelers with all-in-room amenities and private verandas. 1 family suite and 8 tents which can be set as Single, Twin, or Double rooms upon your request. All tents are fully equipped to make your stay safe and comfortable in the heart of wild nature.

Each tent features a work desk, mosquito net, safe, telephone, tea/ coffee making facilities, furnished verandah, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a flushing toilet and solar-powered hot water shower. Other tent facilities include; mosquito nets, hygiene products, 24 hours electricity & a Personal safety box. 

The onsite restaurant accommodates over 25 guests creating an ambiance space to enjoy food services. The raised dining area and lounge are built on a raised deck providing superb views across the Savanna plains. The Alfresco terrace offers magnificent views of the passing parade of wild animals whilst enjoying exquisite food and wine.

There is a bar that serves freshly made juices, signature cocktails, and a variety of domestic and imported wine lists, premium spirits, and beers while admiring the breathtaking view.

Loyk Mara Camp Kenya has a small traditional Masai Manyatta open for every Guest day or night. Here guests can learn more about Masai cultures, beadwork, and traditional Masai housekeeping. There is an outdoor pool where guests can relax.

Loyk Mara Camp activities include; game drives, archery, billiards, sundowners, air balloon safari, bird watching, walking safaris, village visits, swimming wildlife movies, and lectures.
