    Lemon Valley Farm Estate Cottage Cabins Lake Elmenteita is a working farm set on the bushy hillside of Kasambara, bordering Soy Sambu Conservancy in Elmentaita, Kenya.

    The farm has panoramic views of Lake Elmenteita, and  Soy Sambu conservancy below.  It is a working animal farm and boasts a wide collection of farm animals including cows, pigs, goats, chicken, geese, turkey, donkeys and ponies.

    The farm offers a rare opportunity for one to enjoy a mix of farm and bush life amidst great tranquility and the abundance of the land’s produce.

    Enjoy farm fresh hearty meals by our gourmet chef, or roast your own at our fire pit. Feed the geese, cuddle the bunnies, snort with the pigs or ride our donkeys, ponies or hike up the hills. 

    The farm does not serve or encourage the use of alcoholic beverages on the farm. The farm has the Charlock Cottage which is a 3 room cottage with a total of 5 beds for self-catering cottage.

    This cottage has a fully kitted kitchenette with fridge and gas stove. It has wooden interiors and an aluminum clad exterior, with huge French windows to give maximum advantage of the incredible views and fresh country air.

    The Cabins are simple, clean, comfortable and stylish. True country living.  Camping is also available. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the great outdoors. 

    Lemon Valley Farm Estate has a fully fitted outdoor kitchen, bathroom facilities, free bonfire at our giant fire pit and a selection of farm fresh foods to complete the country side experience.

    The Animal Farm offers a great opportunity for children to pet our friendly farm animals. These include ponies, donkeys, cows, goats, pigs, geese, chicken, turkey and rabbits.

    Despite the farm feel, Lemon Valley still assures some modern touches like Wi-Fi, a swimming pool and a chic restaurant/meeting space that is creatively put together.

     Nyumbu Camp Masai Mara Game Reserve Safari Package Itinerary

    DAY 1: Nairobi – Fly to the Maasai Mara National Reserve
    0800 Hours: You'll be pick up from the airport or your hotel early in the morning and taken to nearby Wilson Airport.

    1000 Hours: Here, you'll board a light aircraft and depart for the world-famous Maasai Mara game reserve.

    1100 Hours: Upon arrival you will be met at the Olkiombo airstrip and proceed on a safari game drive en-route to Nyumbu Camp. Enjoy lunch at the camp, later relax before heading out into the reserve for an afternoon game drive.

     

    DAY 2: Explore the Maasai Mara National Reserve
    0600 Hours: After a cup of tea, cofee or hotchocolate, proceed for an early morning game-drive to look for predators such as leopards and lions out on the hunt.

    Alternatively, you may wish to take to the skies with an unforgettable hot air balloon ride over the Masai Mara. You'll get to soar over the savannah at dawn before settling down on the plains for a champagne breakfast out among the animals.

    Ask your safari expert about how you can add a Maasai Mara balloon safari to your trip.

    After a late breakfast, you'll have the choice to either relax at your lodge until lunch or in between visit a Maaasai Village.

    Later head out into the park or take a picnic lunch and head out into the park for a day tracking the Wildebeest Migration (seasonal) or go in search of the Big 5.

    DAY 3: Maasai Mara – Fly to Nairobi
    You'll enjoy another morning game drive before returning to Nairobi on your scheduled flight. Upon your return to Nairobi, you'll be transferred to your hotel or the airport.

    – 7,000 Kenya shillings from the airport (maximum of 4 people)
    – 8,000 Kenya shillings from CBD per trip in a sedan (maximum of 4 people)
    – 14,000 in a van if more than 6 passengers and a maximum of 14 passengers
    * Swimming 300 Kenya shillings for adults and 200 Kenya shillings for children( 12 years and bellow
