\n\t\t\t\tKigio wildlife Conservancy<\/span><\/a> situated in the heart of Kenya's Great Rift Valley about 120 km from Nairobi, on the Nairobi to Nakuru road. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tThe conservancy is 26 km from Naivasha and 0.5 km's before the Gilgil toll station.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tThe beautiful Kigio Wildlife Conservancy with its wide ranging habitats, from riverine and euphorbia woodlands to short grass and Leleshwa shrub holds approximately 3,500 heads of wildlife.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tWildlife in the conservancy is protected by an electric fence on three sides and the Malewa River on one.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tKigio Wildlife Conservancy wildlife include the endangered Rothschild Giraffe, a 200 strong herd of Buffalo, Impala, Grant's and Thomson's Gazelle, Eland, Hyena, Leopard, Hippo and over 250 bird species. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t0800 Hours:<\/strong> Today we travel to the exotic Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley, upon arrival proceed on a game-drive. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThere are also a number of Rothschild's giraffe. Among the predators are lions and leopards, the later being seen much more frequently in recent times.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Park also has large sized python snakes that inhabit the dense woodlands, and can often be seen crossing the roads or dangling from trees.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
