\n\tOther places of interest to visit time permitting include the Kenya Marine land, which offers an opportunity to observe numerous species of tropical marine life in giant aquariums.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tA snake park, situated nearby is also interesting to visit. You can watch carvers at work producing the famous “Makonde” pieces of art. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe wood traditionally used comes from the African Blackwood tree also known as "Mozambique Ebony". It is extremely fine-grained and dark in color, and so ideally-suited for carving. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
