Day 1: Tarangire – Drive to Tarangire National Park

Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, met and assisted by African Spice Safaris representative. Optional morning excursion in Arusha, followed by Lunch at Impala Hotel in Arusha then drive to Tarangire National Park, named after the Tarangire River, which lures thousands of plains game to its banks. Afternoon game drives en route to the lodge.

 

Overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge

Meal Plan: {Lunch & Dinner}

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera in the world. Its enduring charm stems from its overwhelming physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor.

 

Arrive at your lodge for lunch. Afternoon at leisure with optional visit to a local Masai village (at an extra cost).

Day 3: Explore Ngorongoro Crater
