Al Hamra Luxury Boutique Residence Watamu Bay Indian Ocean is set in an acre of garden in Watamu on the Indian Ocean coast with private access to the white sands of Turtle Bay Beach in the Watamu Marine Park.

The beach house is about 1.5 hours drive north of Mombasa. The house is Moroccan-inspired with 4 bedrooms and a stunning central salt-water swimming pool. This coastal luxurious residence combines elements of Arabian architecture with delicate filigree carvings and Swahili touches.

Al Hamra can accommodate up to 14 guests. The 2 large bedroom suites are fitted mosquito nets, air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The suites have private shaded roof terraces above Lamu beds that can be made up as single beds with mosquito nets and stand fans.

The third double room with mosquito net, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom is within the main part of the house on the ground floor along with a TV room with satellite TV. The Master Suite is located on the top floor and it includes a king size bed with a separate shower room and dressing area.

The first floor houses the living space, dining area and cloakroom and overlooks the fantastic covered plunge pool that overflows into the main pool in the garden below. There is also TV with satellite TV on the first floor. There is a well equipped kitchen with an in-house chef who prepares meals for the guests.

Activities in Al Hamra include kite-surfing, water skiing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, canoeing, kayak ride, deep sea fishing and wake boarding.
