Tijara Beach Hotel has only four spacious luxury cottages; each sited on its own cliff head with large open decks offer breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean.

The cottages are refreshed by the cooling monsoon breezes that blow gently off the Indian Ocean all year round, and if you find it a little too warm one can make use of the high speed fans.

Tijara Beach Hotel cottages overlook the beautiful grounds and vast expanses of the azure Indian Ocean beyond. All the cottages are spacious with large decked verandas you can step on to from both the room and the bathroom.

All cottages are en-suite with double wash basins, double showers and uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean from wherever you are! Tijara Beach honeymoon cottage has a king size bath tub to add romance to your occasion.

The traditional Swahili style of Tijara cottages with carved doors and high makuti (coconut thatch) roofs is complimented by exclusively handcrafted Swahili furniture with ornate carvings and rich decoration; some of which was lovingly restored and some specially made by the local craftsmen.
