Shoroa River Camp Tsavo East is located along the Galana river within the private Galana Conservancy, bordering the Tsavo East National Park.

The camp lies 100 kilometers from Indian Ocean and the coastal towns of Malindi and Watamu.

Sentrim Camp Tsavo East National Park is located in Tsavo East National Park, 345 km from Nairobi and 11 km from Voi Gate.

The camp is 40 km from the Buchuma Gate and approximately 2 hours drive from Mombasa. Malindi is 167 km from the camp.

There are 25 tented rooms made up of 20 standard tented and 5 deluxe rooms, all on elevated platforms.

Each room has tea/ coffee making facilities, closet, work desk and mosquito net. The bathrooms are en-suite and have showers and flush toilets.

Scripture Mission Guest House Voi

Scripture Mission Guest House Voi is located in the outskirts of Voi town, 5 minutes drive to the Voi gate of Tsavo East National Park.

Voi town is 3.5 kilometers while Mombasa is 155 kilometers from the guest house. The guesthouse features 4 standard rooms and 2 cottages.

The en-suite guestrooms are under the Nazareth house which has also has a living room, and a small kitchen. The 2 cottages are named Cana and have quite a historical background.

They were the first buildings at Scripture Mission Voi, and in the beginning they were used as Radio studio and Radio control room.

The guest house in on self catering but local and continental meals are available on request. Guests can dine in the comfort of their guestrooms or in the outdoors.

Sau Tsavo Camp Tsavo East

Sau Tsavo Camp Tsavo East is well located just outside Voi gate of Tsavo East National Park in Taita-Taveta, Kenya.

The camp is 330 kilometers from Nairobi and 250 kilometers from Mombasa. The camp offers a campsite, round hut and 2 self contained bandas.

Each banda has a seating area and en-suite bathroom with flush toilets. The round hut has its own verandah with amazing views.

Satao Rock Camp Taita Ranch is nestled on the 98000 acre Taita ranch on the border of Tsavo East National Park and is 1.5 hours drive from Mombasa.

Satao Safari Camp Tsavo East is a luxury tented camp situated on the border of Tsavo East National Park, overlooking a busy watering hole where animals come to quench their thirst.

The camp is about 160 kilometers from Mombasa and 326 kilometers from Nairobi.

Fishing Trips: Lake Mburo has around 6 species of fish with Tilapia being the most common one. The most fishing spot is at Mazinga.

Day 1: Kampala – Drive to Lake Mburo National Park
0700 Hours: We depart at our Hotel in Kampala at after breakfast by road to Lake Mburo National park. The drive takes about 4 hours.

Along the way make a brief stop at the Equator to enjoy watching a scientific experiment which proofs that you are on the equator. Later have some snacks, drinks, or buy some curios before proceeding to Lake Mburo.

1200 Hours: Upon arrival at the park, check-in your accommodations and relax before lunch. Later proceed for the afternoon game drive. Lake Mburo is a small but a nice and interesting park.

It is the only park in Uganda with Impalas! The park also has notable residents for example leopards, hyenas, elands, buffalos, giraffes, topi, and antelopes among others. In the park, you will also encounter more than 300 bird species.

1830 Hours: Later in the evening return back to your accommodations.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Boat Trip
0800 Hours: After an early morning breakfast, explore the park with a game drive in search of animals like: zebras, impalas, topis, buffalos, elands.

Bird watching opportunities are excellent here, with about 313 bird species recorded here including the rare shoebill stork, White-winged Warbler, Crested Francolin among others.

Alternatively take a nature walk. Return to the lodge for lunch. After a sumptuous lunch proceed for an afternoon boat-ride.

Lake Mburo boat ride offer you a chance to spot water animals like; crocodiles, hippopotamus and water birds including; fish eagles, pelicans, black crake, heron, cormorant, and the rare shoebill stork.

Day 1: Entebbe, Uganda – Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park (417 Kms)
0700 Hours: After an early breakfast depart Kampala/ Enebbe and drive towards western Uganda. Have a stopover at the equator for photographs and have lunch en route.

The journey will take 6 to 7 hours with stopovers at tourist attractions such as the Royal Drum makers’ village and the Equator.

The drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park follows the mystical Rwenzori Mountain range for much of the journey.

Have a game drive en route which will reward you with views of Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffaloes, Hyenas and a variety of Antelope species.

Time permitting enjoy some sightseeing in the crater region and also visit the Katwe Salt works for a glimpse into traditional salt mining.

The presence of the Lake Mburo in the Park enables visitors to take a boat ride, do some sport fishing and see the crocodiles, pelicans, shoebill stork, hippos, cormorants, fish eagles along the shores of the lake.

Day 1: Entebbe, Uganda – Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Gorilla Forest National Park
After a cup of coffee embark on an early morning drive from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Gorilla Forest National Park.

Relax at your lodge/ camp or take a sightseeing visit the local community-Batwa and enjoy the local traditional dance.

Travel time from Entebbe to Bwindi Forest Park is about 9 to11 Hours.

Day 2: Bwindi Impenetrable Gorilla Forest National Park (Gorilla Tracking)
There is an early morning entry into a gorilla sanctuary. The rainforest is spectacular as it offers a dramatic, heavily forested and dense landscape crisscrossed by numerous animal trails, allowing access for tourists.

Recorded mammals here include the endangered mountain gorilla, the rare golden monkeys, buffaloes, elephants, black-fronted duikers, bushbucks, leopards, giant forest hogs as well as other animals.

This park is best known for the fascinating gorillas, where the time taken and terrain varies according to the movements of these marvelous primates.

The thrill of spending time with and observing the gorillas is a rare, moving, awesome and exciting adventure.

The gorillas are shy and peaceful animals and it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as they interact with each other.

Day 3: Bwindi National Park – Drive to Rwanda to Volcanoes National Park
Take breakfast before making a scenic journey to Rwanda through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with terraced landscape.

Drive through the winding road and terraced landscape and reach Kisoro for lunch and then drive to Uganda/ Rwanda border and cross to Rwanda.

You will cross the border via Kisoro then clear customs and immigration at the border – Rwanda is 1 hour behind Uganda.

Continue to traveling to Volcanoes National Park (Parc National des Volcans) for an overnight.

Travel time from Bwindi Uganda to Rwanda to Volcanoes National Park is about: 4 to 5 hours.

Day 4: Volcanoes National Park Gorilla Tracking – Drive to Kigali & Kigali City Tour
Wake up very early in the morning. You will be early for briefing before the gorilla tracking. Volcanoes National Park offers another different Family of Gorilla from that seen in Bwindi.

Relax, have lunch and return to Kigali.

Time permitting you could visit the Gisozi Genocide Memorial Museum. The memorial is very moving – the tour takes a couple of hours – and will be of interest to anyone who has spent some time in this enchanting country.

It is in memory of the multitudes murdered in Rwanda´s genocide 1994.

The Memorial sites and centres are places of dignified remembrance for loved ones lost. It is also a place of reflection and learning for the wider community, both in Rwanda and internationally.

Afterwards, you will be transferred to the airport.
