Olerai Cabin Olerai Wildlife Sanctuary Lake Naivasha Rift Valley is situated a little distance from the main Olerai house on the northern shores of Lake Naivasha, within a 400-acre Olerai wildlife sanctuary.

The cabin is about 2 hours drive from Nairobi and about 4 kilometers from Naivasha Town.  It is a colorful and cozy private house and has its own garden.

There are 2 bedrooms; double room and twin room with a shared bathroom. Each room has mosquito net, seating area and is decorated with colorful Indian tapestries and local art.

Olerai Cabin has a bright and airy sitting and dining room area, and a kitchen equipped with all needed to self-cater guests, including a stove and a fridge-freezer.

Guests have the option of preparing their own meals or have the chef prepare the meals for the them. The fresh vegetables can be purchased from the organic garden, or guests come with their own supplies.

Olerai Cabin Olerai Wildlife Sanctuary Lake Naivasha Rift Valley has shaded terrace with its own table and sun loungers, in a private garden beyond where guests have an uninterrupted view.

Guests at the cabin have access to the entire Sanctuary and all its activities.

There is an outdoor pool beside the Douglas-Hamilton’s family home where guests can swim and relax while zebras curiously watch from an arm’s length.

Activities include hiking, boat riding, horse riding, golfing, birding sun downer, nature walks, jogging and visits to the Mount Longonot, Hell's gate National Park, Lake Nakuru National Park and Crescent Island for picnic.

Malewa Ranch House Kigio Wildlife Conservancy Great Rift Valley is a holiday home nestled under acacia trees on the banks of the Malewa River, within the Kigio Wildlife Conservancy.

The original ‘settler’ home was a simple one room, iron sheet house built on wooden stilts but was renovated to fit in with the comforts of the 20th century with 5 very comfortable bedrooms (sharing 3 bathrooms).

This old colonial farmhouse is situated between Lake Naivasha and the small town of Gilgil, only two hours from Nairobi, Kenya’s capital.

The 5 guestrooms are named after birds namely Wood Hoopoe, wood Pecker, Weaver Bird, Sun Bird and Kingfisher.

The Wood Hoopoe is the master bedrooms with a double bed, an open fireplace and cedar wood floors. The room shares a bathroom with Wood pecker.

Wood Pecker formally the lounge to the original homestead, features twin beds, an open fire and cedar wood floors.

Weaver bird is a double room with en-suite bathroom. Sun Bird is spacious ‘rust colored’ room with twin beds and frequented by Sunbirds.

Kingfisher is a spacious room shares a bathroom with the Sunbird.

Malewa Ranch House Kigio Wildlife Conservancy Great Rift Valley has a well equipped kitchen, spacious verandah and an open lounge area which also incorporates the beautifully polished long cedar dining table.

The house is on self catering basis where guests are welcomed to prepare their own meals or have the cook prepare meals for them.

Guest can enjoy their meals in the dining area, on the verandah or on the well manicured lawns.
