3 Days 2 Nights Rhino River Camp Meru Flying Safari takes you to Meru National Park by air, situated in northern Kenya, covers an area of 870 square kilometers.

It straddles the equator about 370 kilometers northeast of Nairobi. Your accommodations will be at Rhino River Camp. Rhino River Camp has a collection of eight luxury cottages built out of sumptuous caramel canvas and sustainable hardwood, raised on platforms above the gently flowing Kindani River.

Your stay at Rhino River Camp will be a quiet, exclusive experience. Meru National Park is home to an extraordinary array of wildlife.

Seen in their natural habitat, far from the minibus crowds, the animals of Meru afford the visitor a wonderful experience of African wilderness and raw, un spoilt nature, complemented by the beautiful landscapes visible at every turn.

Day 1: Nairobi – Fly to Meru National Park
In the morning, you will be transferred to the Wilson Airport to catch your flight to Meru National Park. On arrival to the airstrip, you'll be met and transferred to the camp with an en-route game drive.

On arrival at the camp, you check in and then lunch follows. After lunch and some rest, proceed for an afternoon game drive.

The open plains are dotted with acacias and mighty baobabs, which provide much needed reprieve to the elephants, from the harsh African sun.

Meru National Park is home to a wide variety of animals and more than 427 recorded species of birds. . The park is well known for its fauna and natural beauty.

Day 2: Explore the Meru National Park
Enjoying a full day game drive in the park. Wake up early and see the sleeping hyraxes huddled together as you make your way for an early morning game drive.

Watch as the sun rises and the savanna takes on a rosy hue, the nocturnal game looking for shelter and the plains game celebrate another night of survival.

Explore through the various habitats, along the many rivers, forests and open plains. Other range of activities in the camp includes bush walks, hiking, massage, fishing, mountain biking and visiting the villages of the peaceful and friendly Meru people.

Day 3: Meru National Park – Fly to Nairobi
Wake up early for morning game drive before returning to the camp for breakfast. After check out, you'll be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi.

Enjoy seeing large Wheat and French beans plantations in Timau area and excellent views of snow-capped Mount Kenya as you fly to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson Airport, you'll be met and transferred to your residence/ Hotel.
