The camp has 10 tents and 1 family tent each with beds have been hand carved from specially selected wood from fallen trees. Each self contained luxury tent has balcony for relaxation, reading, game viewing or even holding private events e.g. private dinners. Olonana Tented Camp Masai Mara (Sanctuary Olonana Camp) is an exceptional luxury safari lodge set on a private stretch of the Mara River in the heart of Kenya’s most famous game reserve, the Masai Mara.

The camp is situated on a private stretch of the Mara River at the foot of the impressive Siria Escarpment.

The distance from Nairobi is about 298 km (about a 6 hour drive) to the camp. It takes about 45 minutes flight from Nairobi to the Masai Mara and approximately 15 km from kichwa Tembo Airstrip.

The camp has 14 spacious and tastefully appointed suites, each with 2 double beds. The 14 suites all have floor-to-ceiling glass doors and all fold open to reveal magnificent Mara River views.

Nyumbu Camp Masai Mara Game Reserve serves both local and international cuisine and guests enjoy their meals in al-fresco or in the open sided dining/ lounge tent.

There is a fully equipped library where guests can relax as they learn about the vast Mara Eco system.

There is no main power in the camp; however there is a 24 – hour’s power supply in the tents through integrated solar system.

Guests can sit around the camp fire in the evening as they keep warm and unwind on the day's event.

Nomadic Mobile Camp Masai Mara

Nomadic Mobile Camp Masai Mara is situated in different areas of the Masai Mara National Reserve depending on the time of year and the movement of wildlife. These different areas include Mara North Conservancy, Mara Naboisho Conservancy or even along the Mara River.

This intimate safari camp has 2 to 8 luxury canvas suites and can accommodate between 4 to16 guests. Each tent has with flush toilets and bucket showers as well as electric lighting.

There is a communal tent which is the perfect setting for sundowners and candle-lit dinners. The spacious lounge tent is a perfect for relaxing with a cool drink at the end of a day of adventure and since there are no fences surrounding the camp unexpected visitors are likely to visit.

In the evening as the sun sets, the private chef conjures up a delicious meal to enjoy under a canopy of African stars with the campfire roaring nearby.
