Sand Island Beach Cottages Tiwi Beach Mombasa South Coast is located in the cooling shade of palm trees on the Tiwi Beach, only  30 meters from the Indian Ocean.

There are 10 cottages varying in shape and sizes, mostly named after different fish found off this coast.

There are Pweza, Tewa, Tafi, Papa, Badu, Futa, Kasa, Simu and Pono, and then there's big old family home, the main house.

Each cottage features a well equipped kitchenette and the spacious verandah.

Some cottages have living rooms and/or  dining rooms. The bedrooms feature fan, mosquito nets, satellite TV, work desk, minibar and openable windows.

The cottages are on self catering basis where guests are welcomed to prepare their own meals or have the resident chefs prepare meals for them.
