Porini Amboseli Camp

Porini Amboseli Camp is a safari camp located in the 15,000 acre Selenkay Conservancy within the Amboseli Eco-system, about 16.1 kilometers from Amboseli National Park.

The camp is lies 230 kilometers South of Nairobi. The Amboseli eco-system is an important dispersal area and rangeland for wildlife migrating in and out of Amboseli National Park.

The camp is close to the Tanzanian border and Mount Kilimanjaro.

There are 10 guest tents which can only accommodate a maximum of 18 guests. Each tent has double bed, side tables with lamps, storage cupboard, writing desk and ethnic décor rugs.

The bathrooms are en-suite and feature safari shower, flush toilet and washbasin.

Guests in Porini Amboseli Camp enjoy local and international cuisine which is served either in the mess tent or under the shade of an Acacia tree.

In the evenings the guests can sit around the campfire and share stories. The well stocked bar serves a variety of drinks like the mineral water, soft drinks, local beer, house wine and gin and tonics.

Ol Tukai Lodge Amboseli National Park

Ol Tukai Lodge Amboseli National Park is camouflaged in a forest of fever trees and palms inside the Amboseli National Park, about 270 km South East of Nairobi.

The flying time from Nairobi Wilson Airport to Amboseli airstrip is 35 minutes. The closest airstrip is Amboseli (12 minutes away). The lodge is built in a location offering majestic views of the snow capped Mt Kilimanjaro.

There are 80 luxury twin rooms all elegantly furnished. Each en-siute guestroom features a fan, work desk, mosquito net, tea/coffee making facilities and furnished verandah.

The onsite restaurant serves al a carte menus as well as set buffets with local and international cuisines. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy dining area or out on the veranda. Barbecues are also available.

There is an outdoor swimming pool shaded by the occasional acacia tree where guests can have a swim. The pool deck has sun beds for relaxation in the hot afternoons.

Ol Donyo Lodge Chyulu Hills is situated in the 275,000 acre Masai-owned Mbirikani Group Ranch located between Amboseli, Chyulu, Tsavo and Kilimanjaro National Parks.

Muteleu Maasai Traditional Village

Muteleu Maasai Traditional Village is located in the 4000 acre Merrueshi Ranch, 34 kilometers south of Emali town.

The Eco camp is 45 minutes drive from Amboseli National Park's Iremito Gate and was original used by Maasai Moran (Warriors) during special ceremonies, cultural activities and age-set passages.

The camp has 10 manyattas (typical Maasai huts) build with the traditional system: wood, straw and mud. The ceiling is 2 meters high and the floor is paved with Galana stones.

Each manyattas is has 2 beds, flush toilet and shower with a view of the bush and there is also solar panels to provide for light.

Guests can enjoy local meals in the communal restaurant amidst the manyattas. The food is prepared from fresh and natural ingredients acquired from the camp’s farm or from the local farmers.

Maasai Simba Camp Amboseli is located in Merrueshi Ranch in the village of Merrueshi, 12 kilometers from Amboseli National Park at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Kimana Amboseli Tented Camp

Kimana Amboseli Tented Camp is situated North West of Mt. Kilimanjaro, on the border with Tanzania and only 2 kilometers from the Kimana main gate. The camp is about 228 kilometers away from Nairobi via Emali.

The camp has 6 cottages and 20 tented rooms. The cottages have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The tents have mosquito nets and verandahs with safari chairs. The bathrooms are not en-suite.
