Ragati Lodge Nanyuki is located on the equator 8,000ft above sea-level in the Central Highlands of Kenya in Nanyuki, 5 kilometer from the Nanyuki Town. Nairobi is about 196 kilometers from the lodge and it takes about 4 hours drive.

Ragati Lodge Nanyuki offers a range of accommodation option including cottages, bandas and camping site. The cottages are en-suite and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Each cottage has a well equipped kitchen, patio and bathroom with hot shower and toilet.

The bandas provide ideal accommodation for backpackers or groups and can accommodate up to 9 guests. Each banda has either 3 double beds or 3 bunk beds and bathroom with hot shower and toilet.

There is a well manicured lawn that provides ideal grounds for camping where guests can pitch their own tents. In the campsite there is a shared bathroom with hot water and toilet block. The campsite also features a shared camp kitchen block.

Pelican House Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a thatched upcountry cottage situated inside Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya’s Laikipia County, 17 kilometers from Nanyuki Airstrip. Nairobi is about 215 kilometers from the house and it takes about 4 hours drive.

There are 3 bedrooms of which 2 open onto a covered veranda and a wooden deck extends out towards the dam and extensive view. There are 2 washrooms with oversize bathtubs and a small powder room.

Pelican House Ol Pejeta Conservancy is on self catering basis and has an open plan living and dining room with a huge fireplace and a separate equipped kitchen. Guests have the option of preparing their own meals or have the staff cook for them.

The dining room has a Cedar dining table with ten seats and writing tables under the windows facing Mount Kenya. The house staff includes housekeeping, someone to assist with cooking, a grounds keeper and night watchman.

The house has well manicured grounds and colorful gardens, surrounded by the natural bush. A vegetable garden growing fresh ingredients sits next to the house. Electricity comes from a quiet generator.

Porini Rhino Camp Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a small eco- camp located is in a secluded valley, on the banks of a seasonal river within the 90000-acre Ol Pejeta Conservancy. The camp is an hour’s drive from Nanyuki and 190 kilometers North of Nairobi.

The camp has 7 spacious and comfortable guest tents, each tastefully furnished and has vinyl floor spread with rugs, work desk, luggage stand and solar-power lighting. The en-suite bathrooms have hot safari showers, basins and flush toilets.

There is a central area consisting of main mess tent, with a dining table for communal meals and chunky wooden-framed seating. In front of the main tent is a veranda with seating set out around coffee tables and a small campfire, where guests enjoy a drink before dinner.

Ol Pejeta Safari Cottages Laikipia is located in the southern wilderness area within the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia. The cottages are about 226 km's from Nairobi and it takes about 4 hours drive. Nanyuki is about 30 kilometers from the cottages.

There are 3 cottages; Moja cottage, Mbili cottage and Tatu cottage. Moja cottage has moja juu cottage and moja chini cottage with shared kitchen. Each cottage has single bedroom, en-suite bathroom, private lounge/dining room, and an extensive verandah.

Ol Pejeta Bush Camp is a traditional tented safari camp located on the banks the Ewaso Nyiro River, in 110,000-acre Ol Pejeta Conservancy. The camp is lies on the Laikipia plains 17 kilometers from Nanyuki and 217 kilometers from Nairobi.

There are 6 traditional safari tents erected on a flat, tarp-lined surface and can accommodate 12 guests. Each tent features warm blankets for the winter mornings, luggage racks and rechargeable solar lights.

Olepangi Farm Guesthouse Nanyuki is set on 120 acres on the foothills of Mount Kenya, 40 kilometers from the Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy. The lodge is 35 minutes drive from Nanyuki, the Equator town. The farm enjoys stunning views north to the Lolldaiga Hills and views south to Mt Kenya.

Ol Pejeta Budget Camp Sites consists of 5 campsites located in different locations in the 90,000-acre Ol Pejeta Conservancy, 14 kilometers from the equator. It takes about 4 hours drive from Nairobi and Nanyuki Airstrip is 1 hour drive to the camps.

The campsites are Hippo Hide Campsite, Murera Donga Campsite, Ewaso Campsite, Ngobit Campsite and Olerai Campsite. Hippo Hide Campsite is situated on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River.

The campsite is located a few meters from the hippo hide walkway making it easy for campers to take relaxing walks along the river bank while viewing hippos in their natural habitat.

Murera Donga Campsite is surrounded by acacia trees and is situated next to the marsh area in the Conservancy which due to the lush vegetation attracts wildlife throughout the year.

Ewaso Campsite is hidden behind bushy vegetation and acacia trees, on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River. This is a serene haven offering magnificent views of elephants and other wildlife species as they gather across the river for water.

Ngobit Campsite is set in the wilderness area along the Ngobit River. Guests to this campsite will find peace and solitude to rejuvenate the soul and enjoy wonderful game drives where only few vehicles venture.

Olerai Campsite is located along the Ewaso Nyiro River. The camp has two unique features; one being a little island that’s a perfect for a sundowner and the other an extended river ideal for fishing. It is regularly frequented by herds of elephants and impala.

All campsites are fitted with clean camp toilets, dustbins and fire pits. However, guests have to carry their own tents and sleeping bags. Campers are also provided with water and firewood for the entire duration of their stay. Guests enjoy cooking by the campfire and eating outdoors.
