Giraffe Manor Hotel Nairobi is a small luxury boutique hotel in the Karen suburb of Nairobi, just 30 minutes drive from the City Center and about 35 km from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

The Giraffe Manor is situated on 160 acres of indigenous forest, 16 km outside Nairobi. Giraffe Manor, together with its associated Giraffe Center, serves as a home to a number of endangered Rothschild giraffes. It also serves as the Centre for an innovative and successful Rothschild giraffe breeding program.

While Giraffe Manor operates on a predominantly all-inclusive basis, their accommodation rates explicitly exclude champagne, luxury/premium spirits, select premium wines, tips, massage treatments, travel and emergency evacuation insurance, and personal effects
✗ Incidental & Personal Expenses: Personal effects, including boutique/gift shop purchases and any external communication, are excluded from the accommodation rate
✗ Beverage Exclusions: The all-inclusive package covers house wines, soft drinks, beers, and spirits. The following beverages are not included and will be billed separately: Champagne and sparkling wines, Premium, luxury-tier spirits, Selected vintage and premium wines
