1 Day Tour itineraries from Moshi or Arusha follow this general schedule:

0600 Hours – 0830 Hours: Pick-up and Transfer
Pick-up from your accommodation in Arusha (usually ~0830 Hours or Moshi (usually ~0900 Hours). Transfer to the designated helipad or airport (e.g., Moshi Airport or Arusha Airport).

0900 Hours – 0930 Hours: Pre-Flight Briefing: Arrival at the helipad for safety instructions and an overview of the flight route from the pilot.

0930 Hours – 1030 Hours: Scenic Helicopter Flight: Take-off: Flight begins, often heading East over Moshi or North from Arusha.
