3-Day Kenya Fly-in Safari Porini Rhino Camp Ol Pejeta Conservancy; Experience Kenya’s most iconic safari destination – Ol Pejeta Conservancy on this 3-day luxury fly-in safari.

The conservancy is home to a variety of animals including the “Big Five”. It is the largest sanctuary in East Africa for the endangered Black Rhino and is also a sanctuary for rescued chimpanzees.

Fly from Nairobi and spend 2 nights at the Porini Rhino Camp, a small and intimate luxurious safari camp located within Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a vast 90000-acre wildlife area between the Aberdares and the majestic Mount Kenya.

Porini Rhino Camp is in a secluded valley, on the banks of a seasonal river and under the shade of acacia trees. This luxurious lodge caters for just 14 guests, ensuring personal attention and exclusivity.

Each tent is tastefully furnished and has solar-power lighting an en-suite hot shower and a flush toilet. The camp is specially designed to have a minimum environmental impact (with no permanent structures and using eco-friendly fuel).

The safari camp is fully inclusive of meals, drinks (gin & tonics, beer, wine, sodas and mineral water) as well as day and night shared game drives, escorted walks, sundowners, a visit to Baraka the Black Rhino & Information Centre and a visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary.

Here you will escape from the crowds and experience the African wilderness without the presence of other tourist vehicles and with the personal attention of qualified safari guides.

Day 1: Nairobi – Fly to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

In the morning fly from Wilson Airport in Nairobi to Nanyuki. You will be met at the airstrip and transferred to Porini Rhino Camp, located in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, in the foothills of Mount Kenya.

The conservancy is home to 10000 large mammals and it is the only park where the big 5 and chimpanzees can be seen.

After lunch and afternoon tea in camp and then head off to look for the afternoon game drive. In the evening return to Porini Rhino Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Explore the Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Early morning after breakfast proceeds for a game drive in search of a variety of animals including non-indigenous chimpanzees and the Big Five.

The combination of amazing wildlife and stunning views across the open plans will guarantee you an unforgettable safari experience.

Apart from game drives in the conservancy, there are also guided game walks‚ night game drives, bird walking, lion tracking, horseback riding, community visits, cycling and a gym in the wild.

Day 3: Ol Pejeta Conservancy – Fly to Nairobi

Wake up early and enjoy your final morning game drive in the conservancy. Return to the camp for breakfast and later you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi.

On arrival at Wilson Airport, you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel/ residence.
