3 Day Samburu Fly-in Safari Elephant Watch Camp

On this short 3 Day Samburu Fly-in Safari, you fly directly from Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve, avoiding long drives on rough roads. You spend two nights at the Elephant Watch Camp.

This intimate camp has only six exquisitely furnished tents, each with a king-size bed and an expansive private verandah. It is strategically positioned on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River in Northern Kenya.

You embark on open-sided 4×4 game drives with experienced Samburu guides in the private Samburu National Reserve areas, escaping the crowds. Take a sunset game drive, stopping for sundowners in the unspoilt African bush, and on the final morning, venture out on a thrilling bush walk with local Samburu guides, before flying back to Nairobi.

Samburu National Reserve spans about 165 km² and is approximately 1 hour by air from Nairobi. It is one of Kenya’s three northern National Reserves (including Shaba and Buffalo Springs). Samburu is part of the spectacular Great Rift Valley and reaches altitudes of 800 to 1230 metres above sea level in some areas.
