3 Days 2 Nights Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari (Driving) From Kampala or Entebbe - Uganda
This 3 day Uganda Safari takes you to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda's most popular game viewing destination. The park's highlights include tree-climbing lions of the Ishasha sector, home to the endemic Ugandan Kob, Chimpanzees in Kyambura (Chambura) Gorge, game viewing, and bird watching, boat rides on the Kasinga Channel, abundant wildlife, and rare and unusual birdlife species. The tour begins from the capital of Uganda, Kampala with a drive to Queen Elizabeth National park, located about 410km/ 255 miles away. We spend three days on drives looking for wildlife including four of the Big Five - buffaloes, elephants, leopards, and lions. The lions are particularly well-known for their habit of climbing trees. There are also 20 kinds of predators, such as side-striped jackal, serval cat, and spotted hyena. Other animals include giant forest hogs and warthogs. The park is home to one of the largest concentrations of hippos in the world. The Kyambura Gorge and Maramagambo Forest are home to chimpanzees, blue monkeys, and olive baboons. The national park hosts various antelopes, including the endemic Ugandan Kob, sitatunga, topi, waterbuck, bushbuck, and other antelopes. 3 Days 2 Nights Mt Elgon Hike Sasa Trail Uganda From Kampala or Mbale
This is a short and rewarding 3-day Hiking Trek up Elgon in Uganda that follows the Sasa River trail, starting and ending point of the hike is Budadiri in Uganda. This trip is guided by professional guides in Mt Elgon National Park and is undertaken in conjunction with Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) rangers. Mt Elgon, the fifth-highest in East Africa, straddles Uganda and Kenya, about 140km northeast of Lake Victoria. Measuring 80km from north to south and 50km from east to west, more than half of it lies on the Ugandan side. Its caldera in particular is almost entirely in Uganda. The Sasa River trail is accessed through Budadiri centre, the location of the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA). The hiking trail begins at Bumosola (1770m) and continues up into the majestic high mountain and bamboo rainforest and out onto the high plains to reach the Maude Camp. Day two summit of the Wagagai peak at 4321m is only a couple of hours trekking on from Maude and can be made without heavy packs as it returns back to the Maude Camp. Day 3 is a long and unrelenting descent. In 3 – 4 hours you will be down and ready to board back down to Budadiri.

This short 3 day Uganda Gorilla tour offers a particularly rare and special mountain gorilla experience – truly one of the most impressive wildlife encounters on earth! Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is located in southwestern Uganda and is best known for its primate populations, being home to about half the world’s mountain gorillas, at over 300 endangered gorillas. The trip begins from Kampala, the capital city of Uganda where you drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, home to nearly half of the African mountain gorillas surviving in the wild today. Arriving in the southern area of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park we head to our accommodation. Day two starts with a briefing at 08h00. This gorilla walk can take up to six hours, so a reasonable degree of fitness and a sturdy pair of walking shoes are required. Once we find the African Mountain Gorillas we spend some time watching them feed, groom, and interact with each other. The afternoon is spent exploring a local community on foot, to gain insight into the ways of the Ugandan people living near Bwindi Park. On day three, we leave the Bwindi Forests behind, driving back to the capital of Uganda, Kampala or Entebbe.
3 Days 2 Nights Murchison Falls National Park Safari (Driving) From Kampala
This is a short 3-day Uganda wildlife adventure to Murchison Falls National Park located 320 km North-West of Kampala in Uganda. The drive takes a 5-hour drive from Kampala. On day one, we drive northwest to Murchison Falls National Park, one of Uganda’s oldest national parks. Murchison is rated as a top safari destination in the country. On day two of our Uganda Safari, we cross the River Nile on a ferry, making our way onto the northern banks of the Murchison Falls National Park. Your guide takes you in search of Africa’s wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, hyena, and numerous crocodiles and hippos. We also enjoy a boat cruise on the calm waters of the Victoria Nile where we see wallowing hippos and crocodiles from our boat. Other animals seen include giraffes, elephants, school of hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, lions, and an abundance of birdlife. Departing from Kampala, we drive through the dense jungles and papyrus wetlands of the Nile Delta. This is a short 3 day Uganda wildlife safari from Kampala or Entebbe to Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary on Lake Victoria in Uganda. Located 23 kilometers offshore from Entebbe, Ngamba Island offers a unique opportunity for close viewing of chimpanzees in their natural environment. Surrounded by the peaceful waters of Lake Victoria, Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary is home to 50 orphaned chimpanzees rescued from the illegal pet and bushmeat trade across East Africa. Despite their initial trauma, chimps living at Ngamba have a safe and semi-natural environment in which to recover and eventually thrive over their long lives of up to 60 years. Day one begins with a transfer from Kampala or Entebbe (Enroute visit Entebbe Botanical Gardens) to the waterfront club jetty located on Lake Victoria and sail some 23 km from Entebbe town by boat to Ngamba Islands. Once at the island, will have an introductory talk about the conservation and care of the chimps and enjoy watching them being fed. Day two, take part in the Chimp environmental enrichment program and later visit the neighboring islands. On day three, after breakfast, we transfer by boat to the mainland and return to Kampala.

This short 3 day Uganda Safari is a guided bird watching safari that takes you to Budongo Forest Reserve (East Africa's biggest Mahogany forest) located in Masindi district Mid-Western Uganda. Budongo is approximately a 3-4 hours drive on the way to Murchison falls National Park. During the birding safari, you will not be limited to bird watching, Budongo is also home to eight other primate species, in addition to the estimated 600 to 700 chimpanzees. The forest has 24 species of animals, over 360 bird species, 290 butterfly species, 130 species of moths, 465 tree species, and numerous other plants and creatures. Some of the bird species which rank Budongo to be among the top birding sites in Uganda include the Yellow-footed Flycatcher etc. On day one we drive to the Forest and enjoy a guided forest walk adventure. This short 3 Day Uganda holiday is one of the best Kampala city breaks for couples, friends, or family. The tour combines three exciting top attractions; Sipi Falls, a series of 3 waterfalls on the edge of Mount Elgon National Park, Mabira Forest for a nature walk, primates viewing, and birdwatching and a visit to the source of the Nile, for a spectacular white-water rafting adventure. Starting and ending in Kampala, the tour travels to Mabira forest where we take a guided nature walk looking for birds and wild animals such as bush pigs, grey-cheeked Mangebay, baboon, colobus monkeys, fruit-tailed bat, and the red-tailed monkey just to mention a few. 3 Days 2 Nights Semuliki National Park Safari (Driving) From Kampala or Entebbe
This 3 day Uganda Safari Adventure visits Semuliki National Park, one of the smallest game parks in Uganda near the Congo border and the Rwenzori Mountains, enriched with flora and fauna. The tour departs from Entebbe or Kampala, where you are collected from your accommodation and driven to Semuliki National Park. En- route we enjoy lunch and stopover in fort portal. After lunch, we visit the “Amabere Ga Nyinamwiru” Caves and the craters. An optional night game drive is planned on day one after dinner where one could see big cats and other animals. We spend the whole of day two exploring Semuliki National Park which is home to forest elephants, buffalo, chimpanzees, baboons,grey-cheeked mangabey, black-and-white colobus, Central African red colobus, blue, red-tailed, de Brazza’s, vervet, and Dent’s mona monkeys, etc. Nocturnal primates include the potto and bushbaby. Day two begins with breakfast followed by a briefing on chimpanzee trekking in the Kibale forest. We then head off on foot to track the chimpanzees of Kibale National Park, home to an impressive 500 chimpanzees. The dense jungles of Kibale Park are considered the best place to view chimpanzees in Africa. The 13 primate species include the rare I’Hoest’s monkey, black-and-white colobus, and Uganda red colobus, red-tailed and blue monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabey, and bushbabies. The afternoon is spent exploring Bigodi wetland sanctuary, a real bird watcher’s paradise. This 3 day Uganda safari begins and ends in Kampala, Uganda and if you are on a budget or short on time, this wildlife safari to Lake Mburo National Park is a winner. From Kampala, Uganda’s vibrant capital city, we begin our journey southwest. Along the way, we visit local markets including a drum market. In the afternoon we explore Lake Mburo National Park, known for its plains game and large hippo population. On Day two we spend time in Lake Mburo National Park on morning and afternoon game drives. Your guides point out the array of animals and plants found in this diverse Ugandan game reserve as you explore. Wildlife includes antelopes, Uganda kob, buffaloes, zebra, baboons, impala, eland, buffalo, oribi, Defassa waterbuck, leopard, hippo, hyena, topi, and reedbuck, and more. Over 350 bird species have also been recorded in this compact national park. In the afternoon we take a boat cruise on the park’s main lake – Mburo looking for hippos and big crocodiles as well as lots of birds. On day three, we enjoy one of the many activities available in the park. These include cycling or biking or a nature walk. Later we transfer to Kampala.
3 Days 2 Nights Mountain Sabyinyo (Sabinyo) Hiking/ Trekking from Kampala – Uganda
A short and rewarding 3-day Hiking Trek up Mount Sabinyo in Mgahinga National park in Kisoro, Uganda. Hike to the summit of Mount Sabinyo at 3645 m (11959 ft) towering over three countries (Uganda, Rwanda, and Congo), and enjoy spectacular views you will ever have – weather permitting. From the summit, you can see the beautiful Lake Kivu in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. You can also see Lake Bunyonyi in Uganda, the Rwenzori ranges of mountains in Uganda, over six mountains of the Virunga region, and countless other features. Day 1 of our Mount Sabinyo hiking tour begins in Kampala. Hikers could also be picked from the towns of Kisoro or Kabale in the Western Region of Uganda. On day two the hiking activity begins very early in the morning after reporting at the park office for a short briefing by the ranger guide. During the hike, you are likely to see Golden monkeys, buffalo, elephants, and Gorilla but are rarely seen on the trail. The hike is 8 hours, 4 hours to the summit, and 4 hours back, however depending on the pace, weather, etc. On day three we return to Kampala.
