In between, you will also visit Aberdare National Park, home to the second largest herd of black rhinos in Kenya and Lake Nakuru National park renowned for the tens of thousands of flamingos.
Beginning from Nairobi your safari opens with game viewing in Amboseli National Park, close to the Tanzanian border flanked by Mount Kilimanjaro. The park is considered one of the best game parks where you enjoy close-range views of the African Elephants in large numbers, as well as offering some of the finest photographic opportunities of wildlife flanked by the scenic Mt Kilimanjaro.

From Amboseli, we head to the Aberdare National Park. We stay at the Ark Lodge or the Treetops hotel and watch the animals that frequently visit the lively waterhole beside the lodge, from a series of viewing decks and areas at different levels.
Spotting animals at the floodlit salt lick and water hole into the night, with common visitors including elephants, buffalo, rhinos and even leopards.
Then head to the scenic Lake Nakuru National Park, home to about 56 different species of mammals and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species and is an important sanctuary for Rhino.
Next, we travel to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, the quintessential African landscape, home to an incredible abundance of wildlife.

The ultimate action here is, without doubt, the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration, in July and August when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of greener grass before turning south again in October.
Hot-air balloon trips are an entirely outstanding way of seeing the savannah plains teeming with wildlife. These Masai Mara balloon trips can be arranged at extra cost.
