Aitong Crater House Masai Mara
Aitong Crater House is a private, romantic house located in a secluded bush on the edge of an ancient crater, near the Masai village of Aitong and in the heart of the most exciting wilderness ecosystems in Africa.
Masai Mara National Reserve is about 270 km from Nairobi and takes about 4 to 5 hours by road and 45 minutes by Air.
The house is situated at an altitude of 2000 meters, in Aitong Hill Lemek COnservancy overlooking the plains of the Masai Mara. It is part of the Pardamat Conservancy and it overlooks also the various other Mara (Lemek, Mara North, Motorogi, Olare Orok, etc..) Conservancies, including the Siria or Oloololo Escarpment (Rift).
The Mara River with its hippos and crocodiles and wildebeest crossings is a few kilometers away. The house location is in a beautiful place with romantic breathtaking views and incredible “calming” privacy, silence (except for the nature sounds), and incredible rich fauna and flora.
Aitong Crater House has 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (with a bathtub, a shower, and free toiletries). There is a Dining and Living Room and two terraces: downstairs and upstairs. The house is equipped with solar systems that cater for all the electricity and hot water needs.
All meals are included and can be enjoyed in the dining area. Bush picnics can be organized as well. A variety of wines and drinks can be served. Complimentary laundry facilities and Free Wifi are provided. With African Spice Safaris you are guaranteed a memorable stay at the Masai Mara.
