Alfajiri Beach Villa Diani

Alfajiri Beach Villa Diani is a luxury 4-bedroom holiday house located on the shores of the Indian Ocean at Diani Beach on the South Coast of Mombasa, 30 km south of Mombasa town. The house is located approximately a 90-minute drive from Mombasa Airport.

There are 10 daily scheduled flights from Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, as well as direct flights from England, Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy to Mombasa.

Private charters and a daily service to & from the Maasai Mara National Reserve and Nairobi Wilson Airport land at Ukunda Airstrip, which is 5 minutes from the Villas. 

This African-designed villa, with a high Makuti roof, is decorated with handmade hardwood furnishings and surrounded by lush palm gardens for maximum privacy. There are 2 double rooms with mosquito nets and air conditioning on the ground floor, and 1 twin room on the first floor with air conditioning and mosquito nets.

There is an additional double room on the first floor that has no AC but does have a fan and a mosquito net. The open living area under a Makuti roof features an okra floor, wooden beams, and impressive artifacts. There is a private overflowing swimming pool that sits right in front of the veranda, merging into the ocean and the horizon.

Private dining is a la carte and is served al fresco or in the villa. Guests enjoy local and international dishes, including seafood sourced locally. A variety of drinks, including local and imported alcoholic beverages, are also served.

Activities at Alfajiri Beach Villa Diani include golfing, village visits, deep-sea fishing, jet skiing, diving and diving courses, and kitesurfing and kite courses. Guests may also enjoy a dhow excursion to the Kisite Marine National Park, Snorkeling to the coral reef using our Ngalawa, and visits to the Shimba Hills and Tsavo East National Park.

Alfajiri Beach Villa Diani Non-Resident Accommodation Rates Per Person Per Night (minimum two adults) Include

* Check-in time is 11h00 and check-out time is 10h00
* Clients leaving Alfajiri after lunch will be charged 30% of the daily rate
* Clients leaving Alfajiri after 15 hours will be charged 100% of the daily rate
* Clients requesting to check in before 11h00 will be charged for the night prior to arrival
* Transfer from Mombasa airport: 250 US Dollars by Alfajiri SUV vehicles, maximum 4 passengers
*  Clients must take out comprehensive insurance cover before traveling for cancellation, medical expenses, personal baggage, and money
*  Each guest will contribute a donation of 10 US Dollars per adult per night and 5 US Dollars per teenager/child per night to the Alfajiri Foundation

Christmas Policy (Applicable from 22nd December 2026 to 6th January 2027)

* Supplement 350 US Dollars per night, per person
* Minimum 7-night stay from 22 December to 6 January, inclusive
* Beach villa will be rented based on a minimum occupancy of 4 adults

Child Policy

* Infants under 2 years stay free of charge
* Children 2 – 12 years at 300 US Dollars per night in their own room
* Teenagers 13 – 19 years at 400 US Dollars per night in their own room
* Two ayahs (nannies), who both speak English, are available 24 hours a day. Plenty of games are available, and a TV and video are available if needed
* Alfajiri Beach Villa is the perfect place for families with small children who are looking for a relaxing time and to have their children well looked after, all in absolute privacy
