Amani Safari Lodge is a 3.5-star hotel located in Arusha along Old Dodoma Road. The lodge sits in the expansive volcanic land in the foothills of Mount Meru. Amani Safari Lodge is in the suburbs, within a 5-minute drive of Arusha Clock Tower and Uhuru Monument.

This lodge is 3.9 km from Arusha Stadium and 4 km from Arusha Declaration Museum. Its location promises just a short journey from Arusha’s airstrip, guests can charter planes to Tarangire national park (20 minutes), the Ngorongoro conservation area (25 minutes), and the Serengeti (55 minutes).

Amani Safari Lodge consists of 9 en-suite rooms and 5 suites with 11 rooms and 5 bathrooms. This former coffee plantation is dotted with groomed gardens, coffee plants, a restaurant, bars, a pool, and authentic plantation-style buildings with a spa, wine cellar, and Arusha’s only private convention center.

Everywhere you look, you can see and even feel the deep roots and homely atmosphere of this family-run lodge. From the aromatic coffee to the decor and the furnishings, every decision is influenced by the family’s fascinating history and heritage.

In particular, the convention center has a combined indoor capacity of 1,000 people. Other amenities available include; Bella’s SPA, Wedding grounds, Bar & Restaurant, and a gift shop.

Lilly’s, our flagship restaurant, is open seven days a week and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It serves a fusion of Tanzanian, European, Arabic, and Indian cuisine, creating a rainbow of sensational flavors. 

The menu is put together by our top chefs according to what’s in season and ready for picking. Additionally, these chefs are masters of real raw food and know how to create tip-top meals to satisfy your taste buds — a special skill that keeps guests coming back for more.
