Athi Holiday Resort is a budget-friendly holiday resort located in Athi River, Kinaine area Off Mombasa Road. The resort is situated 6 km from Daystar University, while Lukenya school is 7 km away. The nearest airport is Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, 14 km from the hotel.

Athi Holiday Resort  has 46 ensuite rooms inclusive of a 6 bedroom modern house villa. All the rooms are tastefully furnished with modern chic furnishings and have breathtaking views of the nearby Lukenya hills or our lush tropical gardens. In-room amenities; complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen Satellite TV, direct dial telephone, showers & 90% solar power.

All meals served at the resort are carefully created by a team of in-house chefs with organic produce handpicked from our farm and gardens. Every bite is a delicious experience. There is a fully stocked restaurant that can serve up to 200 Guests.

Guests can enjoy buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the onsite restaurant. The restaurant offers local and international cuisine. The hotel also has a fully stocked bar serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. 

The resort conference hall is versatile and can hold a wide choice of events. The conference center features state-of-the-art facilities, versatile meeting rooms, and professional service. * Early check-in charges are as follows:
 – Before 0700hrs to charge 100% of the room rate
 – Check-in between 0700hrs – 1000 hours to pay 50% of the room rate
 – Check-in between 1000hrs – 1400 hours – no charge and room are subject to availability
 – Late check-out until 1800 hours to pay 50% of the room rate. Thereafter 100% of the room rate will be charged
 – Day use 100% of the applicable rate shall apply till 1800hours. check out after 1800hrs is subject to 100% o the room rates
* Third bed in a room – Adults – 3,000 per night (with breakfast)
* Children aged from 5-12 years will be charged 1,500 Kenya Shillings per child per night
* No extra charge for children under 5years sharing with parents on a bed & breakfast basis

* Dinner: 1,500 Kenya Shillings per person per day
* Extra Breakfast: 1,000 Kenya Shillings per person per day
* Meals for children under 12years to be charged at 1,000 Kenya Shillings per child per meal
