Crater Lake Tented Camp Naivasha

Crater Lake Tented Camp Naivasha is situated off Moi South Lake Road in a private Game Sanctuary on “Ndabibi Estate”. The camp is 38 km from Naivasha town along the Moi South Lake road off Mai Mahiu Nairobi Highway.

The camp is a magical escape less than 2-hour drive from Nairobi; the Crater Lake tented camp is set inside a bush at a private sanctuary. It is situated at 6,300 feet at the bottom of an extinct volcano on the shores of green soda lake.

Crater Lake Tented Camp Naivasha has 13 Tents and 4 Family style rooms. The tents are along the lakefront and all have balconies enjoying uninterrupted views of the volcanic lake. All our rooms and tents are En Suite. Crater Lake offers accommodation overlooking the lake and is fitted with ornate lampshades, beds draped in mosquito nets, and en-suite bathrooms. Each of the double tents has a private veranda and view of the lake.

Crater Lake is a serene lodge inside an extinct volcano crater that offers a truly unique experience to all guests. Activities & Amenities at the camp include; Safe & secure parking, Free WIFI access (In the main restaurant). Other amenities include; Good Safaricom 4G signal, Conference facilities, Laundry facilities, Tea & coffee making facilities, Bespoke toiletries, Game drives, Guided Walks, Hiking trails, Campsite available.

Guests can enjoy drinks and meals at our brand-new Bar and Restaurant on the shores of the private lake. Meals are also served at our very own floating restaurant.  Sundowners and Outdoor catering services are available upon request. There is an outdoor pool, barbecue facilities by the pool, banquet facilities that facilitate conferences, seminars, retreats, bush dinners, and team building.

Crater Lake Tented Camp Naivasha activities include; night or day game drives, cycling, horse riding, boat rides, guided walk safaris, and nature walks and sundowners at Leopard Rock among others.
