Engiri Game Lodge & Campsite Queen Elizabeth Uganda

Engiri Game Lodge and Campsite is a budget lodge inside Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda. It is 300m off the Mbarara-Kasese road and near the Kazinga Channel, a water body within the national park. Kazinga Channel is 1.7 km from the lodge while Kazinga Channel Head Quarters is 2.1 km away.

Situated amidst pristine, quiet, and lush savanna bushes in the heart of Queen Elizabeth National Park, Engiri Game Lodge, and Campsite, is the perfect budget lodge to stay for a holistic wildlife experience.

Engiri Game Lodge and Campsite offer different types of accommodation (The family cottage (Family Cottage(Enjubu) & Family Cottage (Gooya), Double Cottages, Set up tents, safari cottages & permanent tents).  Each cottage is private, spacious, and luxurious, self-contained with a flushing toilet, mosquito nets, electricity, laundry, and room service.

Apart from the permanent structures, the camp has camping grounds for guests and backpackers who may prefer the adventures of camping. There are 4 tents. Each Tent sleeps 2 adults. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and soap are provided.

Camping Tents are available for hire and use at the Campsite. Camping with your own tent is allowed. More important, campers can bring and pitch their own tents. It has a campfire and a Campers’ Bathroom with running water. A suitable campsite for Private Camping!

The lodge’s beautiful environment is embedded with volcanic huts, a camping ground, and the main building housing the reception, lounge, restaurant, and bar. At the lodge enjoy a satisfying meal at the restaurant. Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at the bar/ lounge. 

The lodge endeavors to offer its guests a truly unique safari experience filled with splendid scenery, excellent wildlife viewing, exciting activities, wonderful accommodation, and delicious meals.

Queen Elizabeth National Park has over 550 different bird species that can be viewed as well as the largest number of Hippos in the world.
