Finch Hattons is located in the southwestern corner of Tsavo West, near the Chyulu Hills and Mtito Andei Gate.

By Road:

Child Policy 

* A single child sharing with one adult will be charged 50% of the adult rate per night
* For two children sharing with two adults in the family tent, each child will be charged 50% of the adult rate per night
* Children aged 6+ are very welcome and there are two family suites so that the ‘Young Explorers’ (as we call them) can stay with their parents
* Child rates apply for up to two children aged 12 years and under when sharing with two adults in the family tent. If the family tent is unavailable
* Child rates apply for one child aged 12 years and under sharing with one or two adults in a tent. Children aged 13 and over will be accommodated in a separate tent at the applicable adult rate

Finch Hattons Luxury Tented Family Suites features two en-suite bedrooms, each with a spacious lounge. The tents are nestled under thatched roofs and have netted windows. Each tent is furnished with twin or double beds with antique lamps, floor rugs, a writing desk, a minibar, plush seating arrangements, and a spacious deck. 

Guests can enjoy local and international meals in the well-furnished dining tent or on the open terrace. There is a wine cellar and two bars that serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A star-gazing deck is also available.

Finch Hattons Camp Tsavo West features a spa and wellness center, complete with an elevated yoga deck that offers guests a serene space to unwind while taking in the stunning views of the majestic Chyulu Hills. The spa and wellness center provides a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul. The camp has an outdoor boma with a cozy fireplace.

Guests can enjoy therapeutic and healing massages and luxurious body treatments, ranging from hot stone and herbal oil massages to in-tonga treatments and sheer aroma therapeutics.

There is an infinity pool to cool down, as well as a sunbathing area and relaxation space on the pool deck. A hammam is also available where guests can relax, feel refreshed, and be cleansed. There is a library and research center.
