Garden House Moon Houses Shela Village Lamu Island is part of the Moon Houses which are privately owned.

The house is located in the pristine village of Shela in Lamu Island off the northeastern coast of Kenya.

Shela village is set on the edge of Shela Beach which is 13 kilometers long. The house was built in pure Swahili style and fitted with antique furniture.

Garden House has two en-suite double rooms which can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.  It is surrounded by a luxurious garden and the lounging area is facing Shella harbor.

Garden House Moon Houses Shela Village Lamu Island is on self catering or catered basis where they can cook their own meals or have the cook prepare meals for them.

Guests can select their meals from the guideline menu. They may enjoy their meals in the private dining area or on the terrace.

Guests get to relax on and awe at the breathtaking Lamu sun-downers or take trips on traditional Swahili dhows at their own pleasure.
