Hemingways Watamu Hotel has 76 units comprising 39 airy hotel rooms, all with direct ocean views, and  21 spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences. Each guestroom is tastefully fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans, mosquito nets, a telephone, an in-room safe, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a fully stocked minibar.

The bathrooms are en-suite with showers. The apartments have been designed and finished to the highest degree of modern coastal luxury. Each luxury apartment features a tastefully furnished living and dining area with a  fully equipped modern kitchen.

Hemingways Restaurant is an alfresco brasserie-style restaurant featuring modern flavors with a focus on fresh local seafood with a hint of Swahili spices. A variety of fresh pasta and vegetarian menus are also served. The Pagoda Restaurant is a beachside eatery.

There are 3 bars that serve a wide selection of alcoholic and soft drinks as well as cocktails. The Hemingways Bar offers abundant natural light and fantastic panoramic views of the bay. Gede Café Bar serves fresh pastries, paninis, and pizzas and looks out over the botanical. The Rock Bar is a seasonal bar and offers light bites.

There is a conference hall that can hold up to 70 guests. The hall is fitted with modern communication and presentation technology. There are ideal venues for weddings like the shade of a whispering palm tree in our exotic gardens or barefoot on the beach.

Hemingways Watamu Hotel Residences Watamu Marine National Park has a spa 4 treatment rooms, a salon, and a gym. The treatments feature the finest oils from Terres D’Afrique to reinvigorate the skin after a long day at the beach.
