Hornbill Bush Lodge is located by Murchisons Fall National Park, West Nile, a 5 minutes drive from Tangi Gate. Murchison Falls National Park is the largest National Park in Uganda and it is the Giraffe paradise of Uganda. The park gets its name after the Murchison Falls that are within it. Here the Nile is pushed through a 7 m gap down a 43 m fall. A visit to the top of the falls is an impressive experience, where you hear, see and feel the power of the water.
Hornbill Bush Lodge Murchison Falls has comfortable self-contained cottages that can be set up as single, double, twin, or triple rooms. Each cottage has a private veranda for you to enjoy the surrounding nature.
All cottages have an en-suite toilet and warm showers supplied by solar water heaters. We use solar power for electricity and you are able to charge your camera and phones in the room. Charging is possible in the rooms and mosquito nets are attached to the beds for easy use.
The elevated restaurant at this safari lodge in Uganda offers meals with a local touch and views of the mighty river Nile. Wifi is available in the restaurant. The lodge offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as packed meals to take you through the day.
