Indian Summer Cottages Apartments Diani Beach Ukunda South Coast is centrally located on the Diani South Coast of Mombasa, about 40 Kilometers from Moi International Airport.

The Ukunda Airstrip is about 5 minutes drive away from the cottages. There are 5 2-bedroom cottages and 6 1-bedroom apartments.

Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a living area which flows onto a spacious outdoor terrace. The cottage accommodate up to 4 guests.

Each apartment is a studio-type apartment and has an en-suite bedroom and an open-plan kitchen. The apartment accommodates 2 guests.

The apartments and cottages are on self catering basis where guests are welcomed to prepare their own  meals.

Indian Summer Cottages Apartments Diani Beach Ukunda South Coast has an outdoor with sun loungers on the terrace.

Activities in Indian Summer include snorkeling, glass boat rides, deep sea fishing, Camel rides, Horse rides, water ski, canoeing. scuba diving, surfing and paragliding.

Other activities include golfing, mountain biking, Tennis and Volleyball. Guests may enjoy visits to the Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Shimba Hills National Park.

* Cottage Booking 21st Dec to the 3rd of Jan 2015 attracts a daily rate of 12,000 Kenya Shillings (7 Nights Minimum booking)
* Apartment Booking 21st Dec to the 3rd of Jan 2015 attracts a daily rate of 7,000 Kenya Shillings (7 Nights Minimum booking)
* Deposits: For confirmation and reservations need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% by cash or by cheque. The balance may be paid immediately upon arrival
* Long stay rates for stays of more than one month are available upon application and any quoted rate will exclude electricity and gas

Check-in/ Check-out times
Check in time is 1400 Hours on arrival day and check out time is 1000 Hours on day of departure. Early check in’s and late check out’s can sometimes be arranged to fit in with your travel plans provided there isn’t any clash with another guest arrival or departure.

These requests should be made in advance with African Spice Safaris. A day fee of 50% of the daily rate will apply to each.

Indian Summer Cottages & Apartments Staff:
Indian Summer Self-Catering Cottage and apartment has a kitchen and you only need bring whatever you would like to eat and drink.

Housekeeping services (changing bed linen etc) are provided for bookings longer than 5 days and these are included in the rates quoted. In the event you need additional housekeeping services these are available with payment to the Manager of an additional surcharge of 500 Kenya Shillings per day.

Indian Summer Cottages & Apartments Transport:
African Spice Safaris can arrange a transfer from the Mombasa airport or Railway Station to Indian Summer or to Villa Maisha Marefu if u let us know your arrival time.

From the airport, costs 6,000 Kenya Shillings and a Mini-bus 8,000 Kenya Shillings ; both cost 500/- less from the
railway or bus station. Choose whichever vehicle you need depending on how many are in your group.
