Jamani House Masai Mara is set on the top of a meander of the Mara River, with breathtaking views across an expansive lawn looking out across the Naretoi plains to the Kileleoni Hill, the highest point in the Maasai Mara.

This beautiful private villa in the Mara (Enonkishu Conservancy) is booked on an exclusive basis. Private charters fly into Naretoi airstrip, while scheduled flight to Ngerende airstrip in Masai Mara. Jamani villa is approximately 4 hour’s drive from Nairobi via Narok town.

The house is an architectural masterpiece featuring a spacious living room with a fireplace, a gathering terrace with an open bar, and a  large dining room with a fireplace. Jamani House has five bedrooms, including four king bedrooms with ensuite baths and one bunk room with 3 lower double beds, and three upper singles with an ensuite bath.

The property is also broken into separate buildings. The living room, bar, and dining area are in the main building with separate buildings for the uniquely designed guest rooms, all situated to get the best views across the plains and over the river.

A small library features a flat-screen TV equipped with Apple TV. Sustainably grown teak flooring, custom color plaster walls, and unique concrete surfaces are just a few of the features of this remarkable home.  The sundowner deck on top of the library is the perfect spot for entertaining and catching up as the sun sets.

The house has a total capacity of 12 people – 8 adults plus up to 4 adults/teenagers in the bunk room. Jamani House Masai Mara has a full staff complement that includes a private host/guide and chef, as well as private safari vehicles.  All mealtimes, activities, and daily activities can be personalized to suit each guest.

Jamani House prides itself on exceptional farm-to-table menus, based around locally sourced ingredients from the adjacent Wild Shamba Farm, a small organic agriculture operation. The house provides the ultimate setting for families and friends to connect with nature and each other while experiencing an incredible safari in the Maasai Mara.

From hot-air ballooning to helicopter trips, stargazing and wellness treatments, board games, private bush walks and game drives, every moment makes the most of your time in the Maasai Mara.

Enonkishu Conservancy is host to an incredible variety of mammals including some of the world’s rarest animals, white rhino (at the Rhino Sanctuary on the edge of the Kileloni Hill), wild dog, leopard, cheetah, lion, and plenty of plains game including giraffe, zebra, eland, and wildebeests.

For keen ornithologists, Enonkishu is home to over 350 species of birds, including a variety of eagles, vultures, and the stunningly bright superb starling. Enonkishu also is a host to a working cattle ranch.
