Kasenyi Safari Camp is a small tented accommodation strategically located on the rim of lake Bunyampaka in the Kasenyi savannah of Queen Elizabeth National Park. The strategic location makes Kasenyi Safari Camp the best starting point for game drives through the wildlife-rich Kasenyi Savannah Plains. 

Kasenyi Safari Camp has an elevated dining structure that is meticulously thatched. The tents are on platforms with a thatched canopy roof.

Kasenyi Safari Camp Queen Elizabeth National Park has 8 tents, all with en-suite bathrooms, spacious living areas with king-sized beds and walk-in mosquito nets, and private decks. 

Being so close to the national park has another amazing side effect: frequent animals passing through the camp. There are almost no species in the park that has not yet visited Kasenyi Safari Camp.

Hippos, buffalos, and even lions frequently pass by the lodge. During the night, you will hear the lions roar and the hyenas ‘laugh’ from the distance. On request and depending on availability, you can book a memorable bush breakfast.

The heart of the lodge is the spacious main building, which combines reception, bar, restaurant, and lounge under one big roof. The grass-thatched building was built from local materials and its rustic furnishing and decoration make you feel like to are part of a real safari expedition.

The sweeping terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the salt lake after an exciting game drives through the park. Right in front of the terrace is a fireplace, where every evening a campfire is made for the clients to sit around and enjoy the stars in the clear sky.

Kasenyi Safari Camp lays a high focus on food. From the rich continental and full English breakfast to the 5-course dinner menu, the lodge’s chef always surprises with freshly prepared and delicious meals.

The lodge has a fully equipped bar with non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks of all kinds. Free water bottles are provided in the rooms and during the meals. On request, coffee or tea will be served in your room in the morning. Wi-Fi hot spots are available in the tents at cost, complimentary laundry services.
