Kinondo Kwetu Hotel is a luxurious boutique hotel set in on a 16-acre plot on Galu Beach south of Diani on the famous South Coast of Kenya. Mombasa town is about 1.5 hours drive from the hotel. 

Kinondo Kwetu is situated at the far end of the remote Galu Beach, south of Diani beach. it is classified as a ‘Kaya’area (protected by the National Museum) due to its surrounding holy forests and sacred land. 

There are various forms of accommodation, all surrounded by green shady gardens that can accommodate up to 43 guests. There are 2 villas, 2 suites, 8 cottages, and a beach house. Each guestroom has sports mahogany bed frames, worktables, ornate lampshades, and have an earthy color tone.

The rooms at Kinondo Kwetu are decorated with local artifacts and typical details from the Kenyan coastal region. Every room and cottage has its own personalized charm, as it is furnished and decorated with Swahili culture handicrafts and antiquities. 

There is an onsite restaurant that serves a variety of local and continental dishes. The well-stocked bar specializes in preparing healthy and fresh tropical drinks. Guests may dine at the boathouse by the sea or outdoors at the beach.
