Kisumu Hotel Maseno University is situated on the eastern shores of Lake Victoria, just 5 minutes from the Kisumu International Airport.

The hotel is set within the Central Business District of Kisumu City. The hotel acts as a training laboratory for the University’s hospitality students as well as generating little income for the University.

Kisumu Hotel Maseno University consist of 80 guestrooms comprising of 3 suites, 37 deluxe, 1 VIP suite, and 39 standard rooms. Each guestroom has a telephone, air conditioning, mosquito net, and satellite TV. The bathrooms are en-suite with flush toilets and showers.

There are 2 restaurants; the Terrace Restaurant and the Main Restaurant. The 2 restaurants serve both local and international dishes.

The Terrace features exquisite a la carte and snack menus while the main restaurant serves a more memorable ‘dine and wine’ experience.

There are 3 bars; Terrace Bar, Pool Bar, and Executive Bar. The Terrace bar is fully stocked with soft drinks, beers, wines, and spirits, the Pool Bar serves soft drinks and beers by the pool.

The Executive Bar is fitted with leather sofas and can be used by private groups on request.

Kisumu Hotel Maseno University has 10 modern conference rooms with a capacity to host 20- 500 guests. The conference halls are fully equipped with an LCD projector, TV multi-system, Air conditioners, flip chart, whiteboard and markers, and WIFI internet access.
