Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge Bwindi Uganda

Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge Bwindi Uganda is located on Lake Mulehe in Mucha about 10 km from Kisoro Town along the road to Rubuguli, it is about 20km from the Southern gate of Bwindi National Park (Rushaga) and 25 km from Mgahinga National Park. The Lodge is in the southern sector of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

The lodge is 13 km from Kisoro Airstrip and 20km from the Kyanika border. Fly from Entebbe Airport to Kisoro Airstrip, it will take only 45 minutes. 

Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge Bwindi Uganda has 12 fully fledged cottages (Single, Double, Triple, and family Cottages) that are named after gorillas of the nearby Mghahinga National Park. Facilities within your cottage include an En suite shower, Flushing toilet, Bathrobes and slippers, Reading Table, Luggage Rack, and WiFi in the main lounge area.

Each cottage sits among an untapped wilderness with luxuriant views of the awe-inspiring sunrise and radiant sunset, and the soundtrack is the surf pounding the sand on the lodge’s private beach. All cottages are set apart for privacy. 

The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and surrounded by indigenous tree species that attract bird species with sweet songs, inclusive of migratory ones like the African Harrier hawk. At night, you will be given a hot water bottle to warm up your bed. The rooms have mosquito nets to protect you from catching malaria.
