Miti Mbili (Two Trees) House, on Champagne Ridge, is self-catering and located 1.5 hours away from Nairobi. The plot lies right on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, overlooking Africa in all her glory, and this colonial-style cottage is set back from the Rift edge.

Miti Mbili is situated on the beautiful Champagne Ridge of the Ngong Hills and offers perfect weekend getaways for small families or couples. The recently built outside verandah offers spectacular views of the sunset. 

The large open-plan layout has a spacious living room with a fireplace for cozy evenings, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, and a large veranda for meals and relaxing. Two double bedrooms and 1 twin room (all en suite) comfortably sleep 6 people, with an extra outside loo that has stunning views for you to contemplate the meaning of life.

The lawn at the front of the house is the perfect place for the kids to run around and play, or to put down picnic blankets and bask in the sun. Take advantage of the large acreage of the plot to enjoy spectacular views by walking or cycling, or just soak in the peace and tranquillity with a cold beer or glass of wine and watch Africa go by.

In the evening, head down to the sundowner spot and watch the sun slip over the Western edge of the Rift Valley and be at peace. Kindly note that Miti Mbili has a wood burner to ensure hot water even when the sun is not shining for the solar heater.
