Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge is an all Inclusive 20 luxury log cabin resort and is located in the Karatu district surrounded by the highlands of Tanzania and the world heritage site namely the Ngorongoro Crater.

The lodge was formerly known as Exploreans Ngorongoro Lodge and it’s a five-minute drive from the lodge to the entrance gate of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and a 20-minute drive away from the Ngorongoro Crater that is said to have the densest concentration of wildlife in Africa.

With smart, spacious accommodations, very good food using fresh ingredients, and real attention to detail, this is a popular choice for many travelers. This all-inclusive property features 20 spacious private log cabins with a fireplace, a restaurant, a bar, and conference facilities.

Each luxury suite features a spacious viewing terrace and an open fireplace. It has a living room with a sofa and a dining area. The Acacia Restaurant features a formal dining room with an outdoor terrace. It serves buffet meals and there is an à la carte option. Dinner at the pool or in the bush can also be arranged.

Game drives and guided nature walks into the reserve take place daily. Guests can also arrange to visit a Masai Village to experience the traditional dancing and music. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of the lodge. When you’re not out on safari, there are options to relax by the immaculate, circular swimming pool, read a book from the library, indulge in a treatment at the Mvua African Rain Spa, browse in the small safari boutique, or enjoy a cocktail on the veranda, served from the Zebra Bar.

Set in around 50 acres of forest, on the slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater, the property is the perfect place to use as a base for exploring the Crater or the nearby Lake Manyara National Park. This area is also known for its coffee plantations and Masai village visits which, while not possible on the estate, can be arranged
