Pampa Brazilian Rodizio restaurant is a haven for meat lovers and vegetarians. The restaurant offers twelve different cuts of meat from traditional lamb, pork, beef, chicken, Rabbit, Lamb, Spicy Chicken Sausage, Turkey, Brazilian sausage, German sausage, Garlic beef, beef ribs, striploin, top sirloin, fish, and also game meats (only served when available) like ostrich, guinea fowl, and camel to the more uncommon and crocodile.

The meats are grilled on spits above a charcoal keeping the characteristics and taste of each cut and served in succession to each diner individually right at their table. This is the South Brazilian method of grilling meat.
