Pembeni Rhotia is a tented safari accommodation located in Karatu, on the apron of Ngorongoro Conservation Area, 6 km from Sumawe Complex and 5 km from Supermarket Alley.

The camp is located in a beautiful landscape that is home to abundant wildlife. The camp is in the perfect base that gives easy access to the Ngorongoro crater, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and the mid-point of Serengeti.

Pembeni Rhotia camp consists of over 15 spacious and comfortable tents with a permanent base, canvas walls, and ceiling overlooking the beautiful landscape that is built in traditional African style with comfortability.

All the fifteen rooms are tastefully furnished, and yield views of a dense conservation area from the shelter of fertile foliage. Spacious and cozy, with breathtaking views of the garden, the rooms are suited for single, double, or triple occupancy. Positioned to ensure utmost privacy, the Tents offer cozy rooms decorated with classic furnishings. The light-filled bathing area features a hot shower offering a true camp-like experience.

The tents are arranged in a way that allows guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings while being uncompromising in comfort. Breath-taking views of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area can be relished from the privacy of your bedroom, private balcony, and even bathroom!

The restaurant come lounge is equipped with games, books, and WI-fi. The chefs offer a variety of continental and African cuisines, all of which can be tailored to suit individual tastes. The nightly fireplace provides the camp’s focal point where guests can share their day’s adventures with classic wines from the world.
