Robanda Tented Camp Serengeti Tanzania

Robanda Tented Camp Serengeti Tanzania is a pocket-friendly camp set in Robanda just outside the Serengeti National Park.  Robanda Tented Camp is set in a prime game location in the path of the wildebeest migration.  The nearest airport is Seronera Airstrip about 33.6km away.

The camp also boasts of high resident game concentration all year round, with big herds of wildebeest and zebra, elephant, and giraffe. Other animal species include lions, hyenas, gazelle, topi, and buffalo.

Robanda Tented Camp Serengeti Tanzania is a small and intimate accommodation facility with only 7 tents, and can therefore offer a more personal treatment to guests who do not want to experience the hustle and bustle of larger camps.

The tented rooms are very spacious, with either double or twin beds and an annex bathroom. Each tent has a private veranda with an impressive view over the Serengeti plains, where herds of wildebeest and zebras can be seen. The “bush style” tents are mobile tents, set up in a permanent way.

Each tent has its own private bathroom with a bush shower and toilet. The panoramic open restaurant, with a lookout tower, offers fine cuisine and cold drinks after an exciting day of game driving. Here you can relax with a chilled cocktail while observing animals drinking from the water hole only 30 meters away from the bar.

Robanda Tented Camp Serengeti Tanzania activities include game drives, night game drives, early morning or sunset walking safari, visiting local Maasai villages, traditional dances, balloon safari pick up from the camp, etc.

Notes

* Day rooms are available and can be used between the hours of 11 AM to 6 PM

* The latest check-out time is 6 PM. A room can be shared by a maximum of 4 people for showering etc
* Guests should be aware that there may be inadequate hot water for all four persons due to the water heaters being individual to each cottage
