The Nyama Choma is an open-air meat specialty restaurant located between the Café Kigwa and the Paradise Casino at the famous Safari Park Hotel, on Thika Road, approximately a 20-minute drive from the city center. Nyama Choma Ranch Restaurant opens daily from 1900 Hours to 2300 Hours.
With advance reservations, the tour begins with a pick-up from your residence in Nairobi, followed by a short transfer to the Safari Park Hotel. Watch colorful dancers and acrobatic performances, and listen to live music while you sample an abundance of juicy, varied meats roasted over a charcoal fire, piled on your plate until your stomach is full.
Some of these include chicken sausage, spicy chicken, leg of lamb, pork sausage, spare ribs, turkey, rump of beef, sirloin, ox balls, skewered kidneys, ostrich meatballs, ostrich, camel, and crocodile. A vegetarian menu is also offered.
