Sambiya River Lodge Murchison Falls Uganda is a midrange lodge located in Sambiya Village in Murchison Falls National Park and only 15 minutes from the top of the magnificent Murchison Falls. The journey from Kampala takes only 4-5 hours. Guests enjoy a bump-free ride because the road is tarmac all the way to the lodge. 

Sambiya River Lodge is also the closest lodge to the top of the Murchison Falls so your guests will spend less time in the vehicle and more time enjoying the beauty of the park.

The open-fronted lodge allows a panoramic vista of hills and game viewing along the Sambiya River and the adjacent grass-covered floodplain. The surrounding area is known for viewing many species of birdlife. For most of the year, the park is hot by day and cool by night. 

Sambiya River Lodge Murchison Falls Uganda comprises 24 cottages designed as individual and family cottages which have en suite bathrooms, fans, screened doors & windows, and a veranda to relax and enjoy the commanding views of quintessential Africa.

The rooms are equipped with indoor and outdoor showers that provide hot water throughout the day and guests can enjoy a nice bath underneath starlit skies while soaking up the tranquility around them.
