Sandai Lodge Mweiga is located on Sandai Farm between Aberdare National Park and Mt. Kenya. The farm is 26.5 kilometers from Nyeri town and 220 kilometers from Nairobi and it takes about 3-4 hours drive.
The Samburu word for beautiful is sandai.
There are 6 unique self-catering units comprising of small roundhouses and cottages. The round houses include Azizi round house and Zawadi round house while the cottages are Chui cottage, Makena cottage and Punda Milia cottage.
All units are comfortably furnished and have showers and flush toilet.
The cottages have their own fully equipped kitchen and a dining area while the round houses have share a kitchen which is also a round hut has a gas cooker, sink, cooking utensils, dishes, a fireplace with a built-in pizza oven and a large dining table for approximately 8 guests.
