Sereniti House Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary Naivasha: a charming ranch-style home with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms located at the top of a hill in the heart of Oserian Conservancy, which is also part of Chui Lodge Naivasha Kenya.

The house is only 1 hour, 30 minutes drive from Nairobi, 20 minutes drive from Naivasha town, and 0.5 km off Moi South Lake road. Hell’s gate is just 10 Mins drive away through Olkaria Gate. The property is only 15 minutes away by air from Nairobi. The nearest airstrip is Loldia but Chui Lodge has its own private airstrip for charters and helicopters too called Oserian Airstrip.

The Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary surrounds the house so the area is teeming with wildlife. Around Sereniti House, you will animals such as warthogs, bushbuck, impala, giraffes, zebra, and dikdik. The garden is also home to many bird species. Some which you can see from the veranda include Paradise Fly Catcher, Crested Eagle, Nubian Woodpecker, and the Black-headed Oriole. 

Sereniti House Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary Naivasha; This delightful property measures 4.97 acres with mature trees atop a vantage hill, sprawling lush green manicured lawns, and bushes.

Sitting on the balcony, one is treated to an exceptional serene view of both Lake Naivasha and Lake Oloiden, Aberdares Mountain, and Mt. Kenya on a clear day. A drive through the Conservancy in the evening or mornings is pure pleasure. As a wildlife corridor, one is treated to the daily visit of the resident Giraffes who peep into the compound from the gate.

The main house is made up of a 4 bedroom, four-bath country home with wooden floors and a fireplace with an adjacent separate 2 bedroom self-contained cottage. The property has an electric fence, vegetable garden, Diesel Generator, 3 Car parking spaces, Water solar heaters, self-contained 4 rooms staff quarters, and 2 room drivers quarters. 

Built-in the early 1920s, Sereniti House is the epitome of history and character. The rooms are set up to give an ambiance that exudes peace, and tranquility with interiors boasting of old rustic charm …a home away from home.

A few minutes down the road there is a lovely farm shop called La Pieve Farm Shop. Full of every item you may desire and more! Always stocked with fresh veggies from La Pieve Farm, such as strawberries and raspberries, and also cream and butter from the dairy.

In addition to the farm shop, there is a quaint boutique restaurant called Ranch House Bistro also located 5 minutes down the road. Perfect for grabbing a takeaway pizza or enjoying an ice-cold drink and watching the hippos on the lake.
