Serian’s Serengeti Mobile Kusini is a luxury mobile camp situated in 2 different locations (Ngorongoro Conservation Area and South Serengeti) depending on the migration. Serian’s Serengeti Kusini was created to make the most of the spectacular wildebeest migration.

From December to March, the camp is perched on the edge of the short grass plains – a perfect vantage point over the vast space where the herds amass to give birth to their young.

Kusini is perfectly positioned to access the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, as well as the Serengeti National Park – a perfect vantage point over the vast space where the herds amass to give birth to their young.

The two spectacular game-viewing areas have very high concentrations of cheetah, honey badger, golden-backed jackal, and hyena, as well as a parade of predators feasting on the newborns. 1.8 million wildebeest giving birth to 3-400,000 calves in the space of 3-4 weeks, plus all the predators that follow this movable feast.

Kusini is perfectly positioned to access the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, as well as the Serengeti National Park – two spectacular game-viewing areas encompassing high concentrations of cheetah, honey badger, golden-backed jackal, and hyena, as well as a parade of predators feasting on the newborns.

Serian’s Serengeti Mobile Kusini has 6 lavish en-suite tents(4 tents, and 2 suites) set in the shade of Tortilis trees. The peaceful intimacy lends itself to exclusive bookings or groups accompanied by private guides. Each tent is fitted with tea/ coffee facilities, chairs, a luggage rack, and air conditioning.

Though it’s a mobile camp, its furnishings and creature comforts are much the same as Serian’s Serengeti North/South – with flushing toilets and bucket showers in an en suite bathroom, enormous wrought-iron beds, Moroccan rugs, and all the trimmings make it simplistically elegant and comfortable. There is a dining tent, bar, and campfire.
