Shwari House Watamu is a 6 bedroom Beachfront Holiday House on Turtle Bay Beach, overlooking the Watamu Marine Park and the Indian Ocean in Watamu in Kenya. The name Shwari comes from Swahili meaning peace and tranquility.

The house is a private boutique villa with a capacity of 14 Guests offering you the perfect seaside getaway in Wamatu. The house is set over three floors with an infinity pool right on one of the stunning parts of Turtle Bay Beach, overlooking the Watamu Marine Park and the Indian Ocean.

Shwari House Watamu has  6 spacious en-suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for ultimate relaxation, all with spectacular views over the Indian Ocean. They all have en-suite bathrooms, with 3 fixed double beds and 3 rooms that can be a double, twin, or family rooms.

All bedrooms and bathrooms include an electronic safe, cinnabar Green bath products, and ceiling fans. Shwari House Watamu offers both self-catering and catered options and is fully staffed including a chef and security.

All rooms are fitted with mosquito nets, overhead fans, and a small safe. The house can sleep a maximum of 14 guests including children, making Shwari a fantastic retreat for a large family group.

Dive into the large, private, infinity pool in front of the villa and enjoy the benefit of Shwari’s elevated position, overlooking the beach ensuring both privacy and breath-taking views of the Watamu Marine Park.

There are a number of activities on offer in the Watamu area to keep you busy, or you may choose to kick back and relax, enjoying the beauty of the beach and the Shwari grounds.

Some of the activities include visits to the Arabuko Sokoke Forest, Bio-Ken Snake Farm, bird watching, deep-sea fishing, dhow cruises, Gedi ruins, Kayaking, Kite surfing, and local Ocean Trust.

The house offers manicures, pedicures, massages, scuba diving, whale watching, windsurfing, snorkeling, shopping in Malindi, Yoga, SUP, and personal training amongst others.
